Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Please note that we do not work on Sunday.
Delivery time include processing and shipping times.

Fatase is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we will update you with the tracking number. Please kindly note that the tracking will be updated when your package reach USPS warehouse.
If you have not received a Shipping Confirmation email, please contact us and we will resend the email.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
You need to check out the delivery time and provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
In case you contact the logistics company after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT
In rare cases, if your package is lost in transit, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.
