After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

LIMITED COVERAGE Return/ Exchange Policy
Customers need to pay for the return postage fees and replacement postage fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

1. Custom size order.
2. The package is returned due to the wrong/ incomplete shipping address which the buyer provides.
3. The buyer sends the item back/ refuses the package without proper return requests.
4. The shipment is lost or stolen when the shipping carrier updates that package has been delivered
5. Products that exceed the return processing time limit.
6. Coupon code or gift card.
7. The product model in the shopping order applied for return or exchange does not match the product sent back.
